The content of the Romanian constitution states at article 5 or something like that, that all censorship is banned. Therefor Linkedin’s operations on ad spending has been banned from operating in Romanian soil from Romanian companies.
Also, Linkedin.com is been warned to comply with the law in Romania, and the Romanian Constitution.
Romanian government state that all spending from companies in Romanian should be prohibited, and no Romanian resident company should pay any money to the international so called professional network.
